HOW TO BUY
Shopping at f r o m t h r e e . is very easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Choose the item.
2. View the item you are interested in and see every detail, price, available color and sizes, composition and information.
3. Select an item and add it to your shopping basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
4. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest.
5. Select a payment method.
6. Confirm the order.
7. You will receive an email confirming your order.
All Ready Stock orders will be attended within 1-3 working days. For Backorder, it will be attended within 14-20 working days.
Due to screen differences, actual color may vary slightly from what appears online.
The item size may differ by 2-4cm as items are mass produced and depending on measurement methods.
Kindly ensure you have selected the correct items in the correct colors and sizes before proceeding to checkout.
f r o m t h r e e . will not be able to cancel orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held responsible in the event the wrong colors and sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

1. Product ordered is no longer available in stock.
2. Payment is not completed.
3. We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment or we suspect there is any fraudulent activity.

For Paypal payment, you may either pay by your Paypal account or by your credit card or debit card.
There will be a fees of 4.4% of Card Processing & Fixed Fees of RM2.00 that will borne by the buyer. This for the convenience of shopper that wanted to us their card to shop at our store.
Your credit card or debit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:
1. The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
2. You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
3. You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
You may also make your payment with your favorite online banking account with no additional fees.

Please make your payment and update the bank transfer details to us via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct (a clear snapshot of your ATM Fund Transfer receipt or cash deposit receipt or a Internet Banking Transaction screenshot) within 24 hours once you made your order. If you failed to pay within 24 hours, the orders will be cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
Any change owed to the customer that paid by cash deposit payment that have to deposit a round figure will be returned in cash form in the parcel.

Free Shipping in Malaysia, delivered via PosLaju unless otherwise stated.
Ready Stock's process and delivery takes 1-3 working days. Backorder's process and delivery takes 14-20 working days.
Your order will be processed for shipment once payment is confirmed. We will take into consideration of products availability and will advise accordingly if any delayed in delivery time.
Delivery is carried out during working days from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. You may track your parcel with tracking number which will be provided by e-mail once shipped.
Customers will be contacted via e-mail if we receive any bounced back parcels. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days will be forfeited.
Your items are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers. f r o m t h r e e . will not be held responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We grant you a period of 7 days to return the items upon receiving your parcel in comply with our return policy. We will not offer you a refund or exchange if the period of 7 days had passed.
Items must be in their original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact) and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt and send to us via e-mail. All accessories (hat, cap, bag, stockings, socks, earrings, spectangles and sunglasses), Sale or discount items and those specifically stated as non-returnable items will not be able to return. No return for used, damaged or altered goods.
Cost for mailing back the items will be borne by the customer. Customers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us. More information in the
Returns and exchanges can only made one time per order number. Once the return or exchanges has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund or exchange will be done as store credit within a few days. Please note that strictly no cash refund is allowed. Store credits are non-transferable and can only be used once within 90 days from the date of issued.
All returns or exchanges which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited. In case of dispute, f r o m t h r e e . reserves the right of the final decisions.
