PURCHASE CONDITIONS

Due to screen differences, actual color may vary slightly from what appears online. Requests for exchange or return due to such reason will be rejected.

The item size may differ by 2-4 cm as items are mass produced and depending on measurement methods. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect but you can still make an exchange for sizes. 

Item with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains and etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect. Thus, it will not be able to exchange or return.

Reasons of unsatisfied item or quality not up to expectation will not meet the criteria for exchanges or returns.

For all exchanges or returns, customers have to bear the cost for mailing back the items and hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.

For defective items (item torn or incorrect item), customers have to provide a proof of defect of the items. Verification of the proof might takes up 2-3 working days.

After confirmation of defect, customers have to ship back the items to us which the mailing fees will be reimbursed as store credit. We will send out a brand new exact item to customers or fully refund as store credit in the option of customers once the return items received by us.
